Crown Estate Scotland offers consistent terms and conditions to all pipeline operators. These are available on our website. The current terms were published in 2004 and expire on 31 December 2019. The pipeline standard terms and conditions set Open Market Rents as well as terms and conditions that are aligned to regulations and the commercial and market demands of the industry such as decommissioning. This procurement is to: - undertake a review of current terms - develop improvements to those terms - engage with tenants/ stakeholders to test proposed new terms
