The Scottish Government's Directorate for Energy and Climate Change (the "Authority") wish to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement in order to provide the Framework Public Bodies (Scottish Local Authorities) with a range of advice, support and analysis on heat and energy efficiency. This Framework Agreement is being placed by the Scottish Government on behalf of the Framework Public Bodies. The Scottish Government's Directorate for Energy and Climate Change works to deliver a low carbon society, with sustainable economic growth and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. The Scottish Government have consulted on giving Local Authorities a statutory duty to develop Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategies. This requirement arises from the Energy Efficient Scotland Route map (published on 2nd May 2018).. Potential bidder were alerted to this opportunity previously via a Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued by the Scottish Government on 28th November 2018 PIN No. NOV338474

Renewal: Initial 24 month contract with option to extend for a further 12 months
