Scottish Enterprise wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced firm of Chartered Surveyors to undertake the Asset Revaluation of its Property Portfolio. The appointed firm must be current members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The valuation of the land and property assets by the successful supplier is required to ensure that the value of the property assets of SE are properly represented in their financial accounts, and is to be carried out in accordance with RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards. It is envisaged that this contract will commence on the 1st of August 2019 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
