Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is seeking to appoint a competent contractor who will provide a package of refurbishment work within our headquarters office space in Atrium Court, 50 Waterloo Street, Glasgow. We anticipate the works will commence on 1 July 2019 and will be complete by mid-end of August 2019.

These works are to reflect use as a busy meeting hub for SE's large number of business customers and international visitors, including regular high profile guests. The works package will include redecoration of meeting rooms and open plan working areas as well as remodelling of our kitchens to make better use of space. Further detail is provided within the ITT. Bidders should note that all elements of this work are options which may not all be undertaken at this time.
