Appointment of a Project Manager for the delivery of the design, construction and fit-out of the Food Hub for Innovation (Food Hub). The Food Hub is a 8.5 million GBP construction project within a 21 million GBP investment project to accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the food industry cluster in the North East of Scotland. The Project Manager will be required to provide project management services in relation to the design, construction and fit-out of the Food Hub. It is anticipated that the appointed Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the procurement of other professional advisers, including a: Combined Design Team (Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, MEP & Services Engineer, Fire Engineer, Environmental Consultant, Acoustic Engineer, Landscape Architect); Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant; Principal Designer; and Clerk of Works.
