Notice Description
Tactran are seeking to commission a collaborative partnership that will develop a proposal(s) to respond to the MaaS Scotland Investment Fund. The process will consist of two phases. Phase 1 - the development of a MaaS Development proposal to inform the bid into the Transport Scotland MaaS Investment Fund. Phase 2 - should the bid be successful, the implementation of proposed MaaS Solution(s) in the Tactran area.

Lot 1
It is envisaged that the MaaS Development will take place in two stages: Stage 1: the development of a MaaS Development proposal to inform the bid into the MaaS Investment Fund. Interested parties will be asked to respond to an Invitation to Quote for the 10,000 GBP bid development funding. The Outcomes from Stage 1 will be to produce documentation, including reference to any software or app development, to inform a funding bid into the Transport Scotland MaaS Development fund. Stage 2: should the bid be successful, the implementation of proposed MaaS Solution(s) in the Tactran area. The Outcomes from Stage 2 will be to develop and deliver Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Solution(s). Subject to a successful funding bid. Budget likely to be in excess of 200k GBP.
