You are invited by Scottish Police Authority (known as "the Authority" or SPA hereafter) to quote for the Provision of Online ICT Training Platform (Online Web Based Portal).Your Quick Quote response MUST be submitted electronically through the Public Contracts Scotland Quick Quote portal. Please also include any necessary supporting documents as requested in the Quick Quote marking these with your company name and the number of the question to which the enclosure refers. Please note that the Authority may require clarification of the responses provided or ask for additional information.For the avoidance of doubt, this invitation to participate in the Quick Quote is not to be construed as notifying, or implying, acceptance of any quotation. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid and reserve the right to accept any bid in whole or in part. The Authority will not accept responsibility for any expense incurred by any tenderer in the preparation of this Quick Quote.
