NWTC Board are looking for expressions of interest from a Retail provider to occupy our Retail Unit within Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Clydebank

NWTC Board are looking for expressions of interest from a retailer to occupy a Retail Unit in the Foyer of Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Clydebank. Available products to include, but not limited to, Newspapers/Magazines, Travel Accessories (adaptors, batteries etc), General Cards/Stationary, Drinks (soft drinks, water etc), Confectionery, Toiletries. The Health Board will not permit the sale of Tobacco or related products, Alchohol or related products, Pharmaceuticals of any type (without the express consent in writing of the Health Board) or any products which the Healthboard believe are offensive or inappropriate. The NHS Food Retail Policy will apply. This Food Retail policy supports the delivery of the following Food Fluid and Nutrition policy objectives: Objective 1: The promotion of healthy and safe food options for the NHS Scotland population Objective 2: The availability of an acceptable and appropriate healthy diet for employees, visitors and outpatients within all NHS hospital premises The purpose of the Food Retail Policy is to increase and promote access to healthier food and drink choices for patients, visitors and staff throughout NHS facilities, maintain compliance with associated national policy and develop best practice for NHS Scotland. There is also a requirement to include a "Free to Use" Cash Machine within the Retail Unit.. This lease is being offered for an initial period of 12 months and will commence on 1st September 2019. There may be a opportunity to extend this for a further 2 (two) x 12 month periods if mutually agreeable. Interested parties MUST NOT visit/contact the Retail Unit other than the dedicated visit times which will be advised.
