    "description": "At this stage of the procurement process the Authorities will be seeking expressions of interest from potential providers to assist with a forthcoming market dialogue exercise. The Authorities wish to initially engage with the market to research options and inform the development of the Procurement Strategy. This will be in the form of questionnaires and informal discussions which may be used to finalise the Procurement Strategy prior to the issue of a formal Contract Notice. One-to-one meetings may be requested by the Authorities with responders to clarify their responses to the questionnaire. The one-to-one meetings are intended to be held week commencing 24 June 2019 dependant on completion of the market dialogue. Those who register interest and wish to engage further with the Authorities are requested to complete a questionnaire with a view to holding a one-to-one meeting when the venue and dates have been set.
