Notice Description
The purpose of this contract notice is to invite tenders for Supporting Care Experienced Young people through Sport in accordance with the requirements detailed in this notice and attached documents.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Aberdeen City Council are looking to appoint a provider who shall: -support bespoke 1 to 1 and small group interventions through the use of sport and physical activity both as part of the school day and out with for LAC and CECYP. Examples would include horse riding, football, biking, ice skating and swimming. -provide opportunities to achieve SQA accreditation through activities for LAC and CECYP. Examples would include personal achievement awards. -work in partnership with the Virtual school and Social work -support access to physical activity for Aberdeen City LAC who are placed in another authority -engage in Child Protection and Corporate Parent Training delivered by the Council
Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period of up to 2 years after the expiry of the term.
