This work will illustrate the change in annual emissions from the non-domestic stock prior to intervention and provide comparison of the various levels of improvement.

Lot 1
This work will inform the development of future standards to improve the energy performance of non-domestic buildings recognising that measures must be both technically feasible and cost effective. It will also further develop the evidence base around low carbon heat which will help to drive and inform ongoing work to strengthen Scotland's low carbon heat policy framework.
