Notice Description
North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") intends to award a contract to using the Negotiated Tender Procedure, without prior publication to ARM Architects LLP, 2A Berkeley Street, Glasgow G3 7DW to undertake the requirements of a Design Team to manage the Demolition, Site Investigation and new build elements of the Project at 1-13 Bank Street, Coatbridge. The contract has a value of up to 260,000GBP. The contract period will be 36 months.

This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice to indicate that the Council intends to award a contract to intends to ARM Architects LLP to undertake the requirements of a Design Team to manage the demolition, site investigation and new build elements of the Project at 1-13 Bank Street, Coatbridge. The contract has a value of up to 260,000GBP. The contract period will be 36 months.. The Council will allow a period of at least 10 days to elapse between the date of publication in the Official Journal of the notice and the date on which the Council intends to enter into the contract.
