East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to manage and undertake the reinstatement and making good of 5 business units located at Springfield Works, 6 Emerson Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, G66 1QE (Unit No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6) as a result flooding. The property is a 2 storey industrial use complex within its own secure grounds. It is a mixture of traditional brick / block building, concrete columns and lintels. All internal walls are timber stud partition with plasterboard facings and acoustic wool insulation. Walls / partitions dividing units are a mixture of traditional brick / block building with plaster faced finishes.

Renewal: The contract allows for a 6 week extension period to allow for unforeseen delays in the works
