Lot 1

Langstane Housing Association wish to appoint an external auditor to carry out the annual audit and associated services. Other services may be required during the duration of the contract. The contract period is 3 years, with an optional 2 year extension, dependent on an annual review of performance.

Options: There may be requirements for additional requirements during the period of the contract. These will be carried out by inviting the provider to quote for works.
