As part of property factoring service, the Client is looking to obtain window cleaning costs for the common/shared windows serving the Stairwells to the various properties on the attached list. Costs to be submitted for 1No clean per month for two options: 1- Inside and outside including internal sills 2- Outside of window only Tenderers to include for all equipment and access to carry out the works
