Older Persons Accommodated Respite
Notice Description
Moray Council may be looking to procure accommodated respite services for adults and older people. For the purpose of this service accommodated respite is defined as; an accommodated service where support is delivered for a limited duration, which has a primary function of providing a break from a caring situation. It should be a positive experience for the cared for person and the carer so as to enhance the quality of their lives and support their relationship. A total of 4 beds are required which should be located within the boundaries of Moray. The user profile will predominantly be older people (age 65 and over) but the ability to deliver to adults (age 18 - 65) with a variety of conditions should also be available. Initial interest should be registered on PCS
