Provision of Buses and Associated Services
Notice Description
West Dunbartonshire Council have identified through a tender process supplier(s) who can meet our requirements for the provision of a range of buses and associated equipment. The Council is calling off from the Crown Commercial Services Framework(CCS) RM 3814 - Vehicle Conversions DPS and will require Supplier to use the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM 6060-Vehicle Purchase to source the vehicles from manufactures. All terms and Conditions agreed via the CSS Framework shall apply. As part of the Programme, Fleet Services are seeking to replace 31 of current fleet of buses operated across the Council, with planned orders for the following years 2019/20 and 2020/21.The councils requirements are as follows: - Lot 1- 12 seater mini buses- no conversion r - Lot 2- 15 seater buses no conversion (not awarded) - Lot 3- 17 seater buses conversion; - Lot 4- 28 seater buses conversion; - Lot 5- 37 seater buses conversion;
