Renewal: NHS Fife is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the contract by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each.

St. Andrews Community Hospital

Provision of a pharmaceutical dispensing service to St. Andrews Community Hospital for discharge medicines.

Renewal: NHS Fife is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the contract by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each.

Adamson Hospital

NHS Fife is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the contract by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each.
