Notice Description
The Bilbohall Consortium is comprised of the three developer/landowners involved in the proposed housing development at Bilbohall in Elgin. The developers are: Moray Council Scotia Homes Grampian Housing Association The Consortium wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure detailed planning consent for a number of sites at Bilbohall. The team will be required to prepare and submit the housing design and associated infrastructure proposals, as well as the supporting information and reports, required for the planning application.
