The purpose of the tender is to appoint a dilapidation surveyor to advise and represent the interests of West Lothian Council on matters relating to terminal dilapidations due on the Mill Shopping Centre, Blackburn where the council has both landlord and tenant interests with all leases terminating on 29 February 2020.

Options: Should negotiations extend pass the lease end date the contract will be extended which may result in additional fees
