Notice Description

To appoint an architectural led multi disciplinary team capable of managing and delivering a multi-disciplinary project for an arts and social organisation. The contract will be as follows: - To prepare a concept design with outline costs for a minimum of 650sqm of co-working, office and meeting spaces up to the level of RIBA Workstage 2 to enable Board understanding of the options available for their budget for the provision of a new annex building on the site adjacent toe Kinning Park Complex and, On client approval, move forward the concept design from RIBA Work Stage 3 through to Work Stage 7 and final handover of the completed annex project to Kinning Park Complex.

The Kinning Park Complex as client, requires the appointment of an Architect led multi-disciplinary team capable of managing and delivering a new build for a social enterprise organisation. The contract will be as follows: - To prepare a concept design with outline costs for a minimum of 650sqm of co-working, office and meeting spaces up to the level of RIBA Workstage 2 to enable Board understanding of the options available for their budget for the provision of a new annex building on the site adjacent toe Kinning Park Complex and, On client approval, move forward the concept design from RIBA Work Stage 3 through to Work Stage 7 and final handover of the completed annex project to Kinning Park Complex. Kinning Park Complex require proposals for the building with estimated total funds of 1,400,000 GBP (including VAT and Professional Fees) It is the team will require to provide services that are likely to include: - Architectural services Structural engineering Quantity surveying Project management Electrical and mechanical services Other specialised services such as the project will require from time to time The appointment will be made under the most recent version of the RIBA Standard Agreement Architect for Scotland
