This tender is to engage the services of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out gully cleaning, high pressure jetting/suction of existing drains and closed circuit television surveys within the boundaries of the Stirling Council area. The gully cleaning will be carried out in two cycles. The winter cycle will require the cleaning of all of the gullies in Stirling Council's road network (20,000 No.). The summer cycle will only require the cleaning of the gullies, which historically, have accumulated significant volumes of silt. These gullies will be cleaned either once or twice during this cycle. All gully cleaning operations will require the use of the In-touch data capturing software using devices supplied by the Council. High pressure jetting/suction of existing drains and closed circuit television surveys within the boundaries of the Stirling Council area will be reactive and the volume of work will be dictated to by weather conditions such as flooding etc.. Quality responses - Each method statement will be scored using 0-10 scoring Methodology refer to pages 9 to 11 (Evaluation Process) within the Invitation to Tender document (ITT) for further details.

Renewal: Contract Term will be for a 3-year period with a possible, 2 x 12 month extension(s) at the sole discretion of the Council. The above 11.2.7 Duration - includes possible extension period.
