                "description": "The Council is seeking supplier to provide a professional and confidential service (to include the provision of employer referrals and self-referrals) to fully support the wellbeing of our employees, this is to include physical wellbeing advice, financial wellbeing, psychological wellbeing support. . The services required include a helpline for general advice and guidance, psychological guidance and emotional support, individual counselling, either over the phone or face to face at the Providers premises, post critical incident support assistance for managers by offering a resource they can use in managing and assisting staff. .
