The Association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of an Out of Hours maintenance service. The contract will be divided into 5 lots with this lot pertaining to Aberdeen City.

Reactive maintenance with out of hours service North Aberdeenshire

The Association wish to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of an Out of Hours maintenance service. This lot will provide service for properties within Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Turriff, Banff, Kemnay and Macduff.

Reactive maintenance with out of hours service - South Aberdeenshire

The Association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of an Out of Hours maintenance service. The contract will be divided into lots and lot 4 pertains to South Aberdeenshire

Reactive maintenance with out of hours service - Moray

The Association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the Associations properties inclusive of an Out of Hours maintenance service. This lot pertains to Lot 5 Moray
