River Clyde Homes (RCH) are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake repairs to external walkways at a property located within the Inverclyde area.

River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake external walkway and balcony repairs at 63-71 Larkfield Road Gourock, PA19 1YB The works include: - Concrete repairs to the external walkways - Waterproofing of the external walkways - Installation of new metal balustrades to the external walkways The successful bidder must be able to provide a 15 year guarantee for the waterproofing membrane used, and they must be an approved contractor for the installation of their particular waterproofing system (Sika / Alumasc or similar)
