Notice Description

The works shall comprise the Inspection, Testing, Certification, written reporting and subsequent servicing and maintenance of the Chilled and Hot water appliances and associated equipment within various Dundee City Council properties, together with urgent repair works and/or critical replacements which may not have been foreseen (for example, arising from damage or breakdowns).

The requirement here is for the Service and Maintenance of Chilled and Hot Water Drinking Appliances. The works shall comprise the Inspection, Testing, Certification, written reporting and subsequent servicing and maintenance of the Chilled and Hot water appliances and associated equipment within various Dundee City Council properties, together with urgent repair works and/or critical replacements which may not have been foreseen (for example, arising from damage or breakdowns).. Please refer to the tender documents appended.

Renewal: Dundee City Council has the option to extend this contract by a further two years (each annum) after the expiry of the initial term. Factors such as Market Condition, Supplier Performance and Purchaser's requirements will all be considered with a view to granting the option to extend.
