Energy Park Fife - Consulting Engineer Services (P20-0063)
Notice Description
The services are the Supervision and Project Management Professional Services to oversee the delivery of c. 15,500m2 'Concrete Slab Hardstanding' at SE owned land at Energy Park Fife, Methil. Services will include Site Supervision' and Contract Management for the delivery of the Concrete Slab Hardstanding. The contract is anticipated to start in November 2019 and will have an expected duration of up to approximately 10 months, however terminate at the end of March 2021 following end of the defects period. SE will be making use of the NEC3 Professional Services contract. Full information on the works can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
