PURCH1739 Provision of Framework Agreement For Student Forecasting Model For The Period Of 6 - 12 Months. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. PURCH1739 Provision of Framework Agreement For Student Forecasting Model For The Period Of 6 - 12 Months. The University is seeking to procure an organisation who can deliver an optimised, multi-variable model for forecasting student course-selection propensity, at the level of granularity of individual courses. We anticipate that the delivery of model and supporting elements may best be delivered through a series of iterations, i.e. enabling a positive feedback loop to improve the understanding and application of data to improve the accuracy of the model.
