High level contract summary as below: >> Provide a digitally enabled pre-production test bed to allow full process routes to be developed and validated, from bar stock to final component integrating the metrology and NDT activities required to determine part quality. >> Provide an appropriate approach to Digital Twinning for the pre-production environment. >> Provide Digital Passport solutions to allow full traceability of all pre-production artefacts. >> It must deliver an integrated, flexible, Industry 4.0 manufacturing demonstrator and develop brand new, resource efficient capabilities in net shape manufacturing processes to deliver benefit to the local and wider Scottish economy. >> Potential supplier should have experience delivering similar projects.
