Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) (including the European Single Procurement Document) will be published by SPS on the Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) website. This will be made available to all bidders and contain full information on the specific requirements of the contract, the pricing model and the evaluation method.
