Notice Description

The works shall comprise the Inspection, Testing, Certification, written reporting and subsequent servicing, maintenance and cleaning of the Canopies, Ductwork, Extract Ventilation & Insectocutors associated with kitchens within various Dundee City Council properties, together with urgent repair works and/or critical replacements which may not have been foreseen (for example, arising from damage or breakdowns).

Lot 1

The works shall comprise the Inspection, Testing, Certification, written reporting and subsequent servicing, maintenance and cleaning of the Canopies, Ductwork, Extract Ventilation & Insectocutors associated with kitchens within various Dundee City Council properties, together with urgent repair works and/or critical replacements which may not have been foreseen (for example, arising from damage or breakdowns). Dundee City Council are not obligated to accept any quotations in relation to repair and/or replacement works and reserve the right to adopt alternative procurement processes.

Renewal: Dundee City Council has the option to extend this contract by a further two years (each annum) after the expiry of the initial term. Factors such as Market Condition, Supplier Performance and Purchaser's requirements will all be considered with a view to granting the option to extend.
