Notice Description
North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) require a single provider to deliver a locality, community-based network to enable up to 12 individuals with learning disabilities or low-level mental health problems to engage with and invest in community assets. The service will be required to enable the individuals to connect to individuals, groups, organisations, activities, social enterprise organisations, services and places in their neighbourhood/community.

Lot 1
This service will be a preventative and early intervention model of support and particularly suited to vulnerable adults who, because of their low level of need do not generally meet the eligibility criteria for mainstream social care provision and/or self-directed support. The service will be provided to up to 12 individuals with learning disabilities or low-level mental health problems. These individuals will have the capacity to work towards a degree of independence. An enabling approach will be required to enable individuals to become more independent. Members of the network will be encouraged and supported to help one another.
