With reference to the ESPD Part VI, all bidders must meet the following suitability requirement as minimum and must provide evidence such as policy and certifications as applicable to support their bid: - Registration: Business and Service Registration to deliver services specified in the tender - Bidders must demonstrate a return on capital employed at a ratio of greater than zero. - Ratio will be calculated as follows: net profit after tax divided by net assets (total assets less current liabilities). - Bidders must demonstrate a Current Ratio of greater than 1. - Current Ratio will be calculated as follows: new current assets divided by net current liabilities. - Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance of 10Million GBP - Public Liability Insurance of no less than 5Million GBP - Professional Liability Insurance of no less than 1Million GBP And as stated in the procurement or tender documents The Council reserves the right to conduct police checks to support the above requirement and may include a Serious Organised Crime (SOC) investigations before, during and after contract award as well as signing a SOC declaration form."
