Notice Description
This Contract Notice is in relation to a renewal framework for Supply and Supply and Distribution of Groceries and Provisions. It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to eggs, cheese, yoghurts, flour, cake mixes, tinned goods, cereals, condiments, cook sauces, hot beverages, crips, confectionery, soft drinks and water.

Supply and Distribution of Dairy & Chilled Products
This Contract Notice is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply Only and Supply and Distribution of Groceries and Provisions. It will provide a mechanism for Scottish local authorities to procure a range of fresh fruit & vegetables and organic fruit and vegetables that includes, but is not limited to, cheese, butter, eggs and yoghurts and other associated products. Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any, or all local authority areas.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the Invitation to Tender contained on the PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Tender Documents for further information.
Renewal: The framework will run for an initial 24 month period, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12 month periods.

Bidders to bid a percentage on-cost for each geographic sub-lot. Bidders are able to bid got 1 or more geographic sub-lots at no penalty.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
