Notice Description

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to create a framework of suitably qualified and experienced Psychologists, to undertake psychological assessment during planning procedures and court cases for Looked After and Accommodated Children (as per the definition of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995). The expert assessments may focus on the child/children and / or the parents of the child, or both. The expert assessments may be used to inform the Council's future plans in complex cases, or to assist the court in permanence order applications.
