SEStran wishes to tender a contract for the provision of transport planning services to support the assessment of the main issues within the region which is the first step of the work needed to develop the preparation of a new Regional Transport Strategy (the "Strategy") for the SEStran region and to undertake some preliminary options appraisal. The study will undertake a comprehensive review of all aspects of the transport system and assess challenges, problems and opportunities for all transport users from all sectors of transport across the region.
