It is intended for this piece of work to analyse and report on the demand for artist's studio and workshop space within the context of abandoned and vacant space within Rothesay. Anticipated activity (although this list is not exhaustive) would include Research/understanding of all local artists, makers, creatives and arts organisations Engagement with the above Survey analysis on current situation and potential demand for something new Survey analysis to understand requirements, particularly related to size, tenancy and price points Engagement with Wasps to establish whether there could be potential for a Bute Wasps studio
