This contract modification, effecting an extension of the Contract duration from 1st March 2024 until 31st May 2024, has been agreed between the supplier and the Authority This modification has been approved to maintain necessary supply at this time in line with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
