Notice Description
St Peter's Mental Health Supported Living Service will support Glasgow HSCP to respond effectively and improve outcomes for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems and complex needs which impact on their lives and ability to engage in their community. The service will deliver outcomes for individuals in line with the Five Year Strategy for Adult Mental Health Services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde 2018-23and the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Strategic Plan 2019-2022. The service will provide recovery focused interventions to individuals with a range of support needs with a view to increasing the individuals' independence to live within the community. St Peter's Mental Health Supported Living Service shall be delivered in a new build, tenement type building at Dowanhill Street, Glasgow.

Social Work Services (SWS)will carry out this open tender process of behalf of the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) The successful provider shall be required to enter into a lease agreement with Partick Housing Association in relation to 8 units (7 service user flats and 1 staff base) of the St Peter's new build development in the West End of Glasgow. This is non-negotiable and will be a condition of award.
Renewal: The contract is expected to run for 5 years, commencing 2020 and ending on 2025. The council will have an option to extend the contract for a period of 2 years (1+1) based on satisfactory service review outcomes.
