Link Group Ltd and its subsidiaries wish to appoint a contractor to deliver a customer focussed landscape maintenance contract for 2020/23, with a possibility for a further two individual twelve months extension as mutually agreed and subject to negotiations and contract performance (referred to "1+1" hereafter).

Link Group Ltd and its subsidiaries is following a two-stage procedure to appoint a contractor to deliver a customer focussed landscape maintenance contract for 2020/23, with a possibility for a further two individual twelve months extension as mutually agreed and subject to negotiations and contract performance (referred to "1+1" hereafter). The tender process is based on the Restricted Procedure this means that evaluation of ESPDs will form the basis of the first stage of the evaluation process. Your organisation shall be assessed and scored as part of the tender procedure and if your organisation achieves an adequate score, your organisation may be short listed and invited to tender. Link will only invite to tender no more than six organisations (top six) who have scored no less than 70 marks, subject to meeting the minimum requirements as stated as stated in the ESPD. All successful contractors who progress to the invitation to tender stage (ITT). Any contract(s) awarded as a result of the submitted ITT will be awarded on the basis of the offer that is the most economically advantageous to Link on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. Tenders will be evaluated using a cost and quality weighting.

Renewal: Link can at their sole discretion extend the period of the contract by one year beyond the contract period stated and further one year thereafter. The contract will be extended for both year four and year five, dependant on both parties being in agreement, subject to negotiations and contract performance (referred to "1+1" hereafter).
