Link will only invite to tender no more than six organisations (top six) who have scored no less than 70 marks, subject to meeting the minimum requirements as stated as stated in the ESPD. All successful contractors who progress to the invitation to tender stage (ITT). Any contract(s) awarded as a result of the submitted ITT will be awarded on the basis of the offer that is the most economically advantageous to Link on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. Tenders will be evaluated using a cost and quality weighting.",
