Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitable and experienced Supplier to fully manage the Paisley fireworks event on Saturday 2nd November 2019. This successful supplier will work with various Council services which will include but not limited to: Events team, health and safety and marketing.

1. Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a suitable and experienced Supplier to fully manage the Paisley fireworks event on Saturday 2nd November 2019. This successful supplier will work with various Council services which will include but not limited to: Events team, health and safety and marketing. 2. The Fireworks Event will be held in Paisley Town Centre on Saturday 2nd November 2019. The event is free to attend with the majority comprising a family audience. Estimates from previous years have this event attracting audiences of around 30,000. The firework display will be fired from the rooftop of Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street Paisley. 3. 3. This contract will be tendered via a direct award utilising the Glasgow City Council Framework Agreement for The Supply of Events Services, Equipment (via hire) and Associated Structures.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
