The study is required to: 1 Update Conservation Area and Townscape Protection Area Appraisals - prepared 2005 to 2011. 2 Provide Conservation Area Appraisals for areas which do not have an appraisal 3 Resurvey sites identified in the Garden History Society Survey of Locally Important Gardens and Designed Landscapes, 2006. 4 Make recommendations on boundary amendments, including Townscape Protection Areas of high historic environment value in an existing or new Conservation Area. 5 Scope if there is are any other areas of high historic environment value with potential for designation as a Conservation Area or Locally Important Townscape Protection Area. Recommend any area with lower historic environment value/ adequately protected by another designation for de designation.
