Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council invites appropriately qualified, experienced and resourced consultants to submit tenders for the provision of conservation, architectural and quantity surveying services to support the implementation of a small grants scheme for building improvements in Dalry and shopfront improvements in Stevenston as part of North Ayrshire Council's programme of works to implement the Scottish Government Town Centre Fund. This has been lotted as follows: Lot 1 - Dalry Lot 2 - Stevenston Within the allocated funding for Dalry and Stevenston, funds have been made available to run building repair and shopfront schemes. The indicative project start date is 20th December 2019 with an end date of 30th September 2020.
