Notice Title
Production of Cumulative Effects Framework for Key Ecological Receptors

The baseline will be updated as new projects are brought into the planning system. The project purpose is not to replace individual project-level assessment estimates of their potential effects. Crucially, the CEF tool developed must be capable of delivering estimated project level and cumulative effects, rather than simply the principles for doing so, and be able to demonstrate this functionality within the project timescales.
