Midlothian Early Action Partnership (MEAP) wishes to commission consultants to carry out a process of mapping social and public mental health support for children, young people and young adults in Midlothian. The mapping process itself is intended to be part of the wider process of service redesign and will inform the selection of specific, 'tests of change' projects. It is possible that some of the information gathering could be replicable, therefore contributing to a baseline from which changing experiences could be gauged. It is anticipated that the project should take about 6 month to finish and the successful bidder shall ensure completion within 9 months. Please see further details in the tender document.
