The University of Glasgow, Institute of Biodiversity, Animal Health & Comparative Medicine require to conduct a large-scale radio-tracking study of wild birds along an urban gradient in the Glasgow area. This will be a comparative study involving six different songbird species. The supplier is the only company that offers the combined used of automated radiotracking receivers with coded tags of very small size. Direct award made to comply with the reformed EU Public Procurement Directive regulations for single source requirements.
