Notice Description

Consultant services to undertake gas audit services covering the period of its Gas Maintenance and Servicing contract for 2019 to 2022. The consultant will provide a full audit report and quality assessment of the workmanship of the Association's appointed Gas Service and Maintenance Contractor.

Carrying out selective audits on the technical capability of the Framework Contractor currently employed by RSHA to attend to reactive repairs; Carrying out selective audits on the technical capability of the Framework Contractor currently employed by RSHA to attend to servicing contracts. One in every five audits to be a strip down inspection rather than a visual audit; Providing ad-hoc audit services for any gas-related matters where technical expertise is required, or where the Association may require a second opinion; Carrying out quality assessments of any new gas installations or replacements during the contract period. This will not be limited to installations undertaken by the Association's gas maintenance contractor and may include installs or replacement as part of the Association's investment programme. Consultant to provide a separate report for each individual property surveyed.. This Contract Award Notice is being issued by SPA on behalf of Rural Stirling Housing Association via LHC Framework Ref: Heating Services (HS1). Any contract formed will be between Rural Stirling Housing Association and the Appointed Company
