Property Lot 1 Prime Consultant
Notice Description
The Prime Consultant is required to provide the following services: Project Management, Cost Management, Supervisor services in accordance with the NEC Form of Contract, Project Monitoring, Procurement, Sustainability and other specialist services. This list is not exhaustive but provides the basis of services required. Full details are provided in the Tender documentation.
Lot Information
Lot 1
It is expected that these services will be required from July 2020 for a period of 4 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework agreement. The budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP 800 000 and GBP 1 000 000 (excluding VAT). This figure is inclusive of Travel and Subsistence (T&S), with the exception of pre-agreed fees for ferries and flights to island locations. This is Lot 1 of a two Lot Framework.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services. Any such modification shall be in terms of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Framework will be awarded for a period of 4 years.
