Notice Description

Provision of Home Energy Efficiency renewable energy measures to fulfil Scottish Government Energy Efficiency agenda (HEEPs - Home energy Efficiency Programme, SEEPs - Scottish Energy Efficiency Programme, EES - Energy Efficient Scotland)HEEPS and SEEP are Scottish Government initiatives to tackle fuel poverty and increase energy efficiency in domestic and non-domestic properties.Provision to include (but not restricted to) the installation of renewable energy systems such as Solar PV with battery storageRequirements may change and will be wholly dependent on conditions attached to Scottish Government funding.For this first programme we wish to utilise Solar PV panels that we have available and to incorporate these into a Solar PV battery storage system. N.B. There is not an option to use other Solar PV panels for this project.This particular project will be limited by the number of PV panels we have available (120 PV Solar Trina Solar 235 PC05A Modules).We wish to target vulnerable homes in the community.These initiatives are solely dependent on Scottish Government funding with no additional financial contribution available from the Local Authority. The successful contractor will be, expected to attract ECO funding where possible
