The works involve small landscape and environmental improvements to five sites across the Antonine Wall, in order to allow the display of five replica Roman distance slabs that were originally found near the wall. The works are across five different local authorities with West Dunbartonshire Council acting as the Employer. The main works components will include groundworks, various natural paving finishes, kerbs and edging and the construction of sandstone cladded reinforced concrete walls to display the replica slabs. There will also be some minor soft landscaping works and maintenance of these works for 4 months after the completion date.
